A dry, yet aromatic and elegant white wine, crafted from Chardonnay and Fetească Albă grapes and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It features a velvety palate and a floral bouquet—a blend of citrus notes and acacia blossoms, pepermint ! —complemented by a very well-balanced acidity. This is a new blend in the Via Mirabilis range from 1000 de Chipuri, available in limited editions.
