VINIFICATION:
The grapes were picked by hand in 15 kg crates and later were sorted
carefully. The grapes were vinified separately and the cold maceration
lasted about 36 hours. Alcoholic fermentation was made at 13-14 degrees Celsius, in stainless steel vessels, for a period of 10-15 days. The young wines were kept separately for five months on fine fermentation yeast until the blend is made.

TASTING:
Yellow-green color, which reveals the freshness of this wine. Sensations of wildflowers, ripe pear and fine exotic notes of cantaloupe. The taste is perfectly balanced, reminiscent of juicy pears and summer fruits, supported by a fresh and vibrant acidity. Fine and mineral aftertaste.

SERVE: 10°-10° Celsius. To be paired with dishes with chicken, white meat, fish, but also with pasta or fresh, young cheese.
