VINIFICATION:
The grapes were picked by hand in 15 kg crates and later were sorted
carefully. The maceration of the grapes took between 3 and 4 days and controlled alcoholic fermentation at 24°-28 °C, between 7-10 days, on peel. After a year of aging in barrels and vats, the wine was blended, after which another six months of aging followed in the bottle.

TASTING:
Dark ruby red, with aromas reminiscent of ripe blackberries, dried
plums and fine spicy touches of pepper and cloves. The taste is
pleasant, ample, elegant and versatile. Black berries, well-integrated
tannins and the long and silky finish, define the undeniable quality of
the wines of Tohani.

SERVE: 15°-16° Celsius. To be paired with dishes made from duck
breast, beef.
