B'art Brandy XO is the result of a rigorous selection conducted by Budureasca's oenologist Stephen Donnelly, following and extensive study of the brandy market. The partnership with French house Distillerie de la Tour (founded in 1989 in the heart of the Cognac region) allowed the creation of an elegant and deeply expressive brandy. 

B'art XO Brandy is produced through double distillation in traditional copper pot stills, following classic French techniques. After distillation, the spirit is aged for a minimum of 5 years in carefully selected French oak barrels, with the youngest eau-de-vie in the blend being at least 5 years old. This maturation process imparts complexity, aromatic depth, and an elegance balance between fruit, wood and spice.

In the glass: deep amber color with bright golden highlights
Nose: complex and evolving, gradually revealing aromas of dried fruits, vanilla, roasted almonds and fine oak. 
The palate: full bodied, silky and layered, harmonious balance between subtle sweetness and elegant tannins. the finish is long and refined, with sweet spice notes and a smooth, velvety texture.

Best served at room temperature (18-20°C), neat or on the rocks.
