"The Sign” range from Budureasca represents a collection of emblematic and unique wines on the Romanian market, each of them being a symbol of innovation and excellence in winemaking. These wines are created with mastery, reflecting the special terroir of the Budureasca vineyards and using unique winemaking techniques. 

Wild Feteasca Neagră from Budureasca is a naturally fermented wine, used against the wild yeasts present for structure. 

The grapes for Wild Fetească Neagră are carefully grown in the Budureasca vineyards, faithfully reflecting the unique characteristics of the soil and climate. The result is an intense wine with complex notes of ripe black fruit, spices and minerals.

The combination of the fermentation process with indigenous yeasts and the expression of the terroir meet to offer a 100% authentic Wild Feteasca Neagră wine with a strong and complex personality.

Proefnota:

in het glas heeft hij een prachtige, donkere robijnrode kleur met violette reflecties en een heerlijk aromatisch boeket op basis van kersen en bramenjam. De smaak voelt vol aan en geeft de wijn een verfijnde elegantie, omlijnd door rijpe tannines en aangename zuurgraad. Op het einde verrijkt de fluweelzachte afdronk de proefervaring verder. Gevinifieerd zonder vatrijping ! voor een authentieke en pure expressie van de Fetească Neagra-variëteit. Heerlijk zo op zichzelf, maar ook ideaal bij diverse fijne gerechten van eend, varkensvlees, lasagne, pasta met bolognesesaus, schotels met diverse halfharde kazen.
